Hi all, Earlier today I got a message on my phone that said something like this phone hasn't been back up. So my question is which way is the best way to do a back up of my iPhone? Can I do it on my phone it self or do I need to connect my phone to my computer and sync and do a back up through iTunes? Can someone give me step by step directions on how to do this? I haven't done a back up on my phone since June of this year. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
