Hi Jose, I like the Move app at https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/move-daily-activity-to-stay/id555994760?mt=8 At the interval you suggest, it reminds you to move and proposes an exercise. If you don't like the one it suggests, do a two-finger double-tap to get a new one. If it's a timed exercise, the timer is accessible. When you're done, choose the I Did It button. It keeps track of which exercises you've done and how many calories you've burned. It's great when you want to get a bit of exercise to break up a sedentary work day.
