And I bet there are plenty of people who had a bad experience with Verizon and who wouldn’t touch them with a ten foot or even 20 foot pole. From time to time the proverbial shit happens and a company or store or organization you deal with screws up. I own a retail store and try my darndest to provide excellent customer service,, but I had customers storm out yelling that they never set foot into my business again and whatever perceived injustice was just the worst case of customer service they experienced and others tell me that I am the best guy to deal with and they couldn’t be happier. Anytime a company has millions of customers or even dozens of customers for that matter, it is inevitable that somebody has a bad experience.
