Hey Charles, No worries and I do see your point of view, I just believe in calling developers out when they break accessibility or fail to improve it in a timely fashion. There have been plenty of developers that I have been more than happy to compliment on this list and twitter for making great strides with accessibility. Yahoo being an example.
