I purchase the Motorola Sliver from eBay. When using this method, only purchase retail package units. Bulk or non-retail units are significantly cheaper, and almost always have problems.
As I stated before, MotoSpeak is not necessary for the Motorola earpieces to speak the incoming caller ID when used on an iPhone..
