I'm sorry for snapping. It's just really frustrating when you're reading a thread on a certain subject, and then the thread change something else. This can happen either because someone replies and changes the subject, or because someone replies but keeps the same subject, and starts talking about something else entirely. Both things are annoying. It's better to just start a new email entirely, rather than replying to an email if you know that the thing that you want to talk about is different than what's being discussed already.
