Where do you go to set up that voice over shortcut click?
I have tried that and that doesn't do anything for me.
Also, I was told you could set up your itunes account etc using your phone
to set up apple tv.
I turned blue tooth on and put my phone by the apple tv but nothing
happened.

It's a play / pause button. E.G. when music or a video is playing
press it to pause it then press it again to resume playback. It's also
used to turn voiceover on - E.G. press it three times like you would
do using tripple click home.
