In Weather Radio if you go to settings, you will find where you can turn on location tracking. It works just fine, I use it on a daily basis. To delete a location, do a two finger double tap on the location you are wanting to edit. A menu will pop up with some choices.
When you have location tracking on, that will be the first listed in your list of locations. I hope all of this helps!
