Use of some applications (e.g. Solitaire) in my Win7 [qemu] virtual machine start with a warning that "Hardware acceleration is either disabled or not supported by your video card driver ...". I understand that the qemu virtual VGA driver is simple. However, is there any activity going on to make a VGA driver that has virtualized access to video hardware acceleration in the host system? Is it available?
