Hi Marco,

Apologies, I seem to have missed the update from development indicating this 
issue has been resolved. You indicated having a local DBpedia instance in which 
case you will need to rebuild and update your installation with the latest 
snapshot containing this fix which can be downloaded from:

        
ftp://download.openlinksw.com/support/vos/virtuoso-opensource-6-20100706.tar.gz
