I've looked over this document several time over the last week or so, but
haven't found the info I need. It seems to only cover building and
installing VADs.

Is there any document that cover the development/testing phase of the VAD
lifecycle? I can't imagine that I would need to redeploy each time I wanted
to modify and test new SQL.
