Hi list

I have posted this problem at the Virtuoso board as well:

http://boards.openlinksw.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=1679

Basically I have a graph that takes a long time to build. At some point in time
something goes wrong, and the graph seems to get corrupted, and when I try to
select from it I get the following exception:

> com.hp.hpl.jena.shared.JenaException: Can not create
> ResultSet.:virtuoso.jdbc3.VirtuosoException: SR580: RDF box refers to row
> with RO_ID = 9030808 of table DB.DBA.RDF_OBJ, but no such row in the table

It seems that are no ways to fix the error, but rebuilding the graph every time
this happens is impossible (since it takes more than a week). Anyone knows of
any workarounds? Can you delete the erroneous record or anything else?

Thx.
