Is it possible in requesting a user's bookmarks to a numerical
parameter, for example if you want to get bookmarks that were added in
200 bookmarks ago?

I suppose you mean using the Bookmarks export feature?
If yes, for now in export all boomarks are exported.

Maybe. I basically am thinking to use the bookmarks service for
managing the bookmarking data I need to interact with, but I want to
be able to get bookmarks somwhat in the same way one can with
Delicious, for example if I wanted to get a number of bookmarks in
HTML format from Delicious that are sort of old I might do
http://delicious.com/pantagruel/?page=233

and that will give me some very old bookmarks.

Other way of managing the bookmarks is to perform search,
for ex. :

1. View instance http://myopenlink.net/bookmark/519/
2. Go to Search: Advanced
3. Here according to the search criteria and found results, the gem will show only the found bookmarks, i.e. you know your old Bookmarks are in folder: Old or sth else, then here is the place to view them.

Another solution is we to add Order By ( see Advanced Search->Options): Last Updated to the search form, which will solve the problem.
