Hi all!

I finally managed to sit down and read Chapter 15 of the Virtuoso
documentation, and I have a few comments and questions.

The first is that we have been relying heavily on Jena's RDF/XML-ABBREV
syntax, since we've done something as evil as doing XSLT on results returned
from DESCRIBE queries. I hope to reduce the role of XML in future solutions,
but now this is what we have.

I think I've heard that Virtuoso can return something similar, but reading the
documentation, it didn't seem to. How can this be achieved?

We are looking to entirely replace Jena with Virtuoso (basically just use
Virtuoso as an endpoint), so we would prefer a solution where the SPARQL HTTP
Endpoint does the serialization.

Jena has code for this serialization of course, but we have found that the
latest version of Protege does apparently the same thing much faster. Would
it be possible to reuse this code on the endpoint?

Kind regards
