Hi all, AFAIK The xml format lets you specify arcs and then apply filters or request a view over the implicit nodes. Nice. Now, will there be a way of implementing union ( OR )? Perhaps by providing a <or></or> node?
I know UI-wise it is very hard to implement w/o bloating the UI, but there are some tricks ( hehe ). If I remember correctly, this can happen in two places. Before restricting a value and before jumping an arc. The arc case complicates UI. That and having to show/explain ANDs and ORs to the user. This is a quick question, I am just taking a look at the service, but its the first question that jumped. We have build this service in many ways and have always found a pair of blurry lines ( what is a protocol, what is a convention, how much expressivity, etc ). Nice to see others working on this and atop a reliable platform. Will give it a try next week.
