Yes, N3-triples can be uploaded into Virtuoso using JDBC or the Jena
and Sesame Java based RDF Providers for Virtuoso, details of which
are available form:

VOSRDFDataProviders
Note if you have a large number of triples (millions) to insert/load,
then this is best done with the Virtuoso TTPLP_MT and RDFXML_MT type
functions for best results. Details on the various methods inserting
RDF data into virtuoso can be obtained from:
