Ok, great!
When OED sponges recovery.gov, it identifies some resources whose
inclusion appears to have been inferred from content in the recovery.gov
site.
For example, ODE identifies the following article but, I can't find the
article on recovery.gov.
http://www.nytimes.com/2009/03/30/nyregion/30budget.html?_r=1
Is my assumption correct that the sponger is inferencing this
relationship and if so, how?
Also, the following article which seems unrelated to recovery.gov seems
to confirm that one or more inferences have produced the list of
resources in the ODE browser.

Hi Rick,
Yes, ODE does make use for the sponging capabilities of Virtuoso (local
or our default demo.openlinksw.com instance) when dereferencing data, so
you can post to this list.
ODE is an OAT application in the main and their is a OAT mailing list
you can subscribe to also at:
https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/oat-users
But I would say the virtuoso-users list is best for now as you are
already here and it is quite active ...

I've been successfully working with Virtuoso for a while now and I had a
few questions about results I'm seeing in the OpenLink Data Explorer
(ODE).
Based on my current understanding, the results are part of the sponging
that takes place in Virtuoso during dereferencing. Is this listserv the
right place to ask, or is there an ODE listserv?
