Hi guys,

What does this mean, exactly?

The RDF QM schema object
<http://_____.com:8890/schemas/galaxy/Defect_> does not exist, should
be of type <http://www.openlinksw.com/schemas/virtrdf#QuadMapFormat>

( I commented out the domain btw )

Is this an error?
This is the result I get when generating certain mappings.
Perhaps there are some stale IRI classes that need to be removed ( if
so, how? ).

Aldo,

Please read: http://docs.openlinksw.com/virtuoso/fn_rdf_audit_metadata.html

Just run the following from iSQL or the SQL interface in the Conductor:
DB.DBA.RDF_AUDIT_METADATA(1, '*');

Then regenerate your RDF Views.

Please relay you Virtuoso version details via: virtuoso -?, from command line.

Also reveal Conductor version, which shows on the Conductor home page.
