Hello Alexander,

Non-English words should be placed in single or double quotes inside the
literal, like phrases. Quoted fragments are tokenized into indexable
words, depending on number of tokens they become single words, phrases
or empty sequences (if the fragment consists of non-word garbage only).
Tokenization differs from language to language and from encoding to
encoding, but free-text expression syntax checked do not care about
that, it only looks for quotes.
To keep the syntax simpler, individual English words may appear without
quotes.
