Hi Silvia,

You certainly should be able to edit these scripts and re-run them against the 
server, which I presume it the point at which you are getting the errors being 
reported ? It would be useful to have a complete list of any errors being 
reported and also to see the virtuoso.log file to see if any errors are being 
reported their. If you can provide simple steps to generate the error you are 
encountering we could attempt to recreate in-house ? 

With regards to not being able to access the RDF definitions feature, I am not 
sure what you mean, is this just the RDFView generation UI or  are you not able 
to perform any RDF queries against the server ? The Virtuoso 
"DB.DBA.RDF_AUDIT_METADATA()" function can also be run to detect and 
automatically fix most popular metadata corruption in the quad store as 
detailed at:

So I would recommend restarting Virtuoso and running this function ...
