Hi Kurt,

Short of dumping the Postgres  data, loading into Virtuoso and creating 
RDFViews of the local data, that is about all you can do with VOS as the 
Virtual Database Engine required for linking the remote tables into Virtuoso 
from which the RDFViews can be created as indicated in the documentation link 
you refer to, is only available in the commercial product.
