Hi Vanessa,

Please use the following special function for obtaining a list of available 
graphs in Virtuoso:

        DB.DBA.SPARQL_SELECT_KNOWN_GRAPHS()

Which can be run from an isql command line prompt or the Virtuoso conductor SQL 
interface.
