None.

The SPARQL form can have a reference to OpenLink.
The Linked Data oriented Entity Description pages can also have a reference.

Of course, if you've actually purchased a commercial license, you can just do whatever you like. The attribution requirements are more to do with open source editions. Likewise, when people work with DBpedia we require that they acknowledge DBpedia by keeping the original DBpedia entity URIs in the scope of humans and machines etc..
