Hi Kim,

So, essentially you want to be able to perform the task for generating the 
Virtuoso Linked Data Views and R2RML scripts available via the Conductor UI  
from command line using scripts ? As if so this is on the todo list to document 
how this can be done from command line but it has not been done yet ...
