You can host Semantic MediaWiki in Virtuoso as detailed at:

What are the changes in Virtuoso code you had to make build php 5.4 support, as
you might want to consider submitting these for contribution to the open source
project as detailed at:
http://www.openlinksw.com/dataspace/doc/dav/wiki/Main/VOSGIT#GitHub
Note the ODS Framework VAD is not a prerequisite for MediaWiki it is requires
for WebID user authentication which is not compulsary ...
