Hi Efimov, Which Virtuoso release are you using, as note Walter from J&J is cc’ed in this email thus I suppose you are working with him possibly with a commercial build ? This R2RML query execution error is a known issue that is fixed in the latest 3125 builds commercial or open source develop/7 from git, thus please confirm which build is in use currently, with:
virtuoso-t - ?
or
virtuoso-iodbc-t -?
