Hi Hugh,
producing a minimal test case to reproduce the behaviour is indeed the
difficult part. I've been trying to do that without success. So far I'm
able to replicate the behaviour only with my full database. I'll reopen
this if I manage to narrow down the data required to replicate the
behaviour.
