Only if you can turn the content of the XML files into RDF which requires: 1. Ontological understanding of whats represented in the XML files 2. Mechanism for using said understanding to transform that content into RDF -- e.g., deriving an RDF/XML doc. There might be an RML processor for achieving the above. Naturally, you can also use the Virtuoso Cartridge system to achieve the same goal.
