oh i think it shouldn't be so hard to implement it - there are only a few more information elements in setup, alerting, etc. messages.
The last two weeks i have some problems between an 4400 and Cisco CallManager - so i had to trace and analyse the protocol relative deeply. (It was time to download the specs from etsi.org ;-)
I would try an implementation on my own, but i'm a little bit out of c programming.
