From what I saw in your log the SETUP message you're receiving is missing the "Called Party Number" IE and has a "Sending Complete" IE, so it is not going in overlap receiving and you won't be able to do DID. I don't think it ever worked with this configuration, you should have the network configured properly. Regarding the segfault, do you have a core dump? Can you generate a gdb stack backtrace from that?
