Daniele,
IMHO you should be setup a visdn-users mlist where we can post beginner questions, not devlopment related.
TIA :)

Maurizio, my oppinion is to find tne problems first.
Why are so many beginners asking? And why do
they often ask the same Questions???

The answer is very simple. A very poor install guide
and no FAQ section. Also there are no howtos.
Last but not least the Mailman script is the most
worst i've ever seen to handle a mailing list.
Yet it has no searching capabillities. This is most worse
on it. How many topics are: visdn problem?
Or this one:
best example taken from the installguide:
- execute visdn_configurator.
=> what?? where is it? what does it? can i call it
     directly?
=> it took me quite two hours of searching before
i found it in /usr/local/sbin. Wrong location for
    for debian based distros.
=> it took me quite another hour to get the idea
that it cannot be called with bash. A friend
told me to use bash3!!! No word in the guide.

You see, if I'm stummbling about such a little phrase,
there has much work to be done.

This are the points where work has to start.
If there are still too much users asking beginner
questions you still can setup a second mailinglist.

I very appreciate the work all of you are doing,
but it is no solution to shift the problem. :)

Because i do not want to complain about everything,
I want to offer my assistance. Writing a clearer Install
guide would be the first. Maybe i can help there.

Greetings,
Florian
