The thing you're looking for should bet he huntgroup. When used asterisk
"searches" for the next available free channel within that group. You
define it in visdn.conf
[huntgroup:telco_out]
mode = sequential
members = visdn1.0 visdn1.1 visdn1.3
In extensions.conf you have to set up something like this:
exten => _XXX.,1,Dial(VISDN/huntgroup:telco_out/${EXTEN})
