I have exactly the same problem. It seems that there is a 1 sec delay trying to connect the calling party with the called party after answering a call, and at the same time, the caller hears 1 sec or so of the conversation of the last call. This does not happen when visdn loads for the first time, someone needs to aswer a call first. The problem was confirmed by at least three people in this list so it is not a random or peculiar one.
