for now visdn is made for asterisk.... so is full interoperable,

The interesting issue is that only you are experiencing this problem,
all other users with same card aren't.

I've listened to the wav file and is pretty a strange issue...
also because you say that the voice is good.

Please try this test, in order to find out:
* don't use the console for calling... audio support for oss/alsa
  is terrible :)
* use a box with asterisk + sip phone + vgsm
* dial from sip to gsm and test
* monitor with another phone with app_chanspy the conversation
* send us logs (asterisk cli)
