Hi,

i have currently problems with my visdn installation.
When my TE configured HFC-S card is connected with other devices on the s0 bus, it disturbs other devices after an incoming call, which is taken from another device. This happens on my public (German T-Com) BRI as well as on my internal BRI from my pbx (which is an agfeo as40).

All calls which are not belong to an visdn connection have accoustic noises at the remote site. Calls from or to Asterisk don't show the problem. The noises sounds like when you have an high bit error rate on the access (when you know, how this sounds).

On the public side, my HFC-S card is directly connected to NTBA, as well as my PBX. The cable has a length of 1m to both devices. I couldn't really believe, that i need an 120 ohm resistor on this configuration.

This happens with visdn0.16 visdn0.18 and also with head version from this week.

Any hints?

My configuration looks like this:

#
# Sample configuration file for a HFC-S PCI board in TE mode with the netdev
# interface being named visdn0.

<netdev visdn1>
 protocol lapd
 role TE#
