Just adding that I now know my vgsm2 card has the latest
firmware and passes the vgsm2 tests ok.
Also once I was able to get to another vt after asterisk had frozen and
dmesg had a message from kstreamer along the lines of:
"Kstreamer topology lock longer then 5 seconds, forcing unlock" ... or
very similar.
Haven't been able to reproduce that though.
Hope this helps, how do I turn on verbose debugging for kstreamer?
