Hi Douglas, The Developers Group item is merely an example of the type of permissions you can apply, so don't worry that you don't have it. You also don't need to install VisualSVN Server on the client machines.
Check the URL that you've entered. By default, VisualSVN Server runs on port 8443, so the URL you should be using is: https://Douglas-PC:8443/svn/sandbox/myproject2005/trunk/ The best way to check the URL is to open VisualSVN Server Manager, and the Server URL shown in the right pane should match the start of the one you are using. You can also copy a repository URL to the clipboard by right clicking the folder and choosing Copy URL. The other thing you need to check is that if you are running a firewall on Douglas-PC, you'll need to add an exception for port 8443. If you're just using the Windows Firewall, open Control Panel, then Windows Firewall, and on the Exceptions tab click the Add Port button, enter the name "VisualSVN Server" and 8443 for the port number, leave it on TCP and click the OK button. If you continue to have issues, please include the full error message in your reply.
