Redirect http to https

Hi,

We currently use Subversion over HTTP. We're in the process to go over
HTTPS. If I configure VisualSVN Server to use HTTPS, all requests made
to port 80 get refused. Is there a way to automatically redirect
trafic from port 80 to 443?
