Hi! Thank you for your interest in VisualSVN Server! The local certificate is generated during the server installation . To set VisualSVN Server to use it you could accept that certificate as valid in your browser.
Or you could order the trusted certificate for your server. The problem have been discussed already in VisualSVN Google Groups.
