Hi! I've just upgraded prom 1.1 to 1.6.1, also changed the authorization from SVN own settings to AD. Repository is still in 'older' (1.4) format, not 1.5. It looks that the groups permissions doesn't work in opposite to user permissions. Is it related with 1.6.0 issues? Can you confirm the issue or should I dig more at my env?
