Hi! Thank you for your interest in VisualSVN Server! It's not possible to move a project in the VisualSVN Server Manager. Please import repository standardly, to do that please read our help topic "Importing Repositories into VisualSVN Server" at http://www.visualsvn.com/support/topic/00010/.
