Hi, No, VisualSVN Server is not just a standard Apache/Subversion install, so you cannot use the management console by itself. However, you can import existing Subversion repositories into VisualSVN Server so that you don't lose the history or authentication options from your existing setup.
You can also customise the httpd-custom.conf to customise it as if it was a standard Apache install. We do it to host our Gemini installation and Wiki on the same server, for convenience.
