Same goes if it is read-only. This definitely means that something wrong with Reviewers group.
Also could you try clean all permissions settings on subtree except "Reviewers" group? May be something inside subtree is blocking access for members of "Reviewers". -- Ivan Zhakov VisualSVN Team
