Hi toth82,

First up, if you ever need to make changes to httpd.conf, make sure
you change httpd-custom.conf instead, otherwise your changes will be
overwritten by the VisualSVN Server Management Console. You will also
need to restart the VisualSVN Server service for the config to be
reloaded.

Also, rather than altering the config, have you tried just replacing
the server.pem file with your certificate?
