I didn't end up doing anything special to solve mine, I just 
uninstalled/reinstalled everything.

I don't know the exact details of your situation, and I know this is a 
simplistic question, but I would ask:

When attempting to connect to the SVN Server from a client are you using an IP 
address or a computer name?
