I got Agilo for Scrum to work under VisualSVN Server + Trac. Trac was installed under VisualSVN Server by creating a folder for Trac and Python under the folder where VisualSVN Server was installed. Unfortunately, files for Python and Trac supplied in the link above had to be updated to supply missing modules. Thus, point the updates for Python and Trac to each of the new folders defined for Python and Trac by the example above and then Agilo for Scrum should work for you.
