Hi I just downloaded and set up VisualSVN on Windows 2003 server. I have used port 443 (https), and created VisualSVN group and users. I would say I am very impressed with your product, it is very easy to set things up. I can browse my repository from web browse by typing https://www.mycompanydomain.com/svn/mysamplerepository! (Of course I have to accept a certificate, and put my username and password).
Then I installed TortoiseSVN and try to add a project to my newly created repository. I put https://www.mycompanydomain.com/svn/mysamplerepository at "URL of Repository" field, then clicked OK, an authentication windows pops up asking for username and password, I put the same username and password, but the pop-up window never goes away (authentication failed error). Do you have any idea on this? which user name and password it expected? Thanks!
