I'm on VisualSVN 1.6.1 (Subversion client 1.5.5) and doing an "svn info" with the svn.exe in VisualSVN/bin takes over a second to run on my machine. If I use the CollabNet client it takes about 1/10th of a second.
This is a big deal for our team because we run svn as part of our build process to inject the Subversion revision into our assemblies. Any idea why your svn.exe is so much slower? Is there something we can do to speed it up?
