I've been using SVNServer for awhile now, and am experiencing some VERY disturbing behavior.
I created a new repository and have defined (at the repository level) the access (based on group). Now nobody can access the repository - everyone gets the forbidden error. I even tried turning "everyone read write" on. Still. Same error. We have checked case and configuration; there is nothing wrong. Are there known issues with security not propagating or incorrectly propagating with the latest version? I'm running VisualSVN Server 1.6.3
