Let's try the following steps (step by step):
 - uninstall VisualSVN,
 - delete folder "С:\Program Files\VisualSVN\",
 - run Visual Studio and exit,
 - install VisualSVN.

Did you have any problems with traffic lights before installing
TortoiseSVN 1.5.9?

Could you also send us the screen shots of the Solution Explorer and
the layout of your solution (Windows Explore)?
